Tips on the Vagina II

In conclusion, the vagina is a self cleaning oven which has its own pH level and it is supposed to be acidic with a pH level of nothing less than 4.5.

Doc Jackie I quote she said "when we start adding all the antibacterial soap, you kill off the bacteria that is supposed to be there, that create the ecosystem for the vagina and controls the acidity. When you destroy the normal pH of the vagina, it results to vaginal dryness and you have allowed yeast and bacterial vaginosis to overgrow, which would cause or lead to discomfort and in a lot of cases odor.

With clean water and your clean hand bend or squart, clean the exterior of the vagina and in the cervix and folds.

Dr Jackie's recommendation: The vagina be the first you wash before shower. Just clean your vagina with your hand and clean water.
Like I said earlier the vagina was never designed to taste or smell like cinnamon apple or strawberry neither was it designed to taste like ice cream so if your husband or man wants an ice cream help him with the direction or description on how to get to an ice cream shop or better still cold stone ice cream.

Tips on the vagina I

We have had a couple of discussion on vagina, but I kept receiving calls from some followers with questions like what is the best position to stay and wash our pussy.
I did a lot of research on this and I would love to correct one wrong habit all in the name of I want my pussy to smell fresh, or I want ma pussy to smell like strawberry.
The pussy is supposed to have its own odor, not an offensive odor so do not try to change the odor of your vagina, it is a God given odor

*   Please ladies do not use soap, not even bathing gel in washing your pussy (vagina)

*   Do not put perfume or any kind of deodorant in your vagina.

*   Do not rub powder on your vagina as this can increase the risk of having ovarian cancer.

My Hair!!!

Dandruff is what some ladies battle with and those that don't have it do not wish to have it, as it can be embarrassing. That is why I would advice ladies who visit the salon to always go with their hair tool such as comb.... Please do not share comb with someone who you do not know his or her scalp condition.

Jessica Wu, M.D Los Angeles dermatologist  explains dandruff as an overgrowth of a harmless yeast... In some people, the yeast starts to feed on the excess oil and dead skin cell on the scalp causing a shed on skin cell clump into flakes.

Control Remedy: wash hair often
with medicated shampoo or
Wash your hair twice a week with lukewarm water and an anti-dandruff shampoo.

Psychological aspect of personal hygiene

Our chances of being successful either at work or society,  or even with an opposite sex can be altered positively or negatively  by maintaining a good or bad hygiene.
Being well presented, clean and tidy, people can feel more confident especially in social situation.

Maintaining a good hygiene helps reduce the risk of ill health, but equally importantly affects how we and others perceive ourselves and can influence our level of confidence and self esteem which can affect so many aspects of our life.
Someone with mouth and body odour will have a low self esteem psychologically he feels their is something wrong with him and cannot measure up to other people,  this will affect him in all aspects of life.

Now imagine you see life cockroach on someone's body or cloth... What will go through your mind?
Imagine the guy/babe sitted next to you on the plane has a massive mouth odour what would you do?  Probably request for a change of seat... How do you think he/she will feel knowing that's why you don't want to sit next to her?

Maintaining a good personal hygiene is of a great importance.

Personal hygiene

Maintaining personal hygiene is necessary for many reasons: personal, social, health or simply as a way of life.
Staying hygienic helps prevent the development and spread of infection, illness and bad odor.

Poor hygiene leads to poor health and unnecessary expense.  If you have a cut the wound should be cleaned and dressed, this would help reduce the pain and risk of infection.
Conditions such as athlete's foot, head lice, vaginal infection should be treated immediately it is noticed.

Washing of hands cannot be over emphasised as this is a simple action which helps prevent plethora of illnesses. Many people "forget"  to wash their hands after using the toilet or before handling food; this can cause great deal of illness.

Things to eliminate from your closet II

* Things you no longer wear but you really loved: You probably be hurting their feelings if they were humans because at a point you really use to love them all of a sudden you stopped. You just keep them at the bottom of your drawer. If you loved them that much... Find them another home, give them out to people who would love them like you did at first.

* Beautiful cloth that you'll never wear again because it's too much trouble: when ever you want to wear this dress you exhaust all your energy...most of the time the cloth is tight. Sometimes in the process of trying to wear the dress you angrily drop it and pick something else. You'll never wear the dress give it out.

Lastly basically any thing you don't wear: Any cloth you don't wear or have not worn for over three month does not belong to your closet, give those cloths a new home and free up some space..... You'll be happy you did.

Things to eliminate from your closet 1

I still have not figured out why cleaning out closet seem so agonizing. Maybe it's because doing away with old favourite clothing make us feel like we are letting go of some past memorable event we never want to forget.
Truth been told you don't need Jesus to inform you that you need to get rid of some cloths you don't wear to get an extra space in your closet.

Things to get rid of:

*Things you never wear anymore that you keep for sentimental purpose: See I understand, that sweetheart top your college boyfriend or dad got for you...old with holes now is something you'll never dream of letting go. Facts still remains that if your not wearing something it doesn't belong to your closet..... So let it go.

* Thing that will never fit you: Here we mean cloth that you'll need Jesus and a whole new body type to fit into it. Yeah I understand you love the dress so much that's why it has been in your closet for so many year hoping with faith that one day it will be your size while in the actual sense it's occupying space for a new dress... Sister let it go, besides buying new cloths is part of the fun.

Things to clean everyday I

Whether you have a cleaning routine or not, there are things that should never be neglected on a daily basis not even for a day.  This task should be done everyday.

* Dishes/kitchen sink: we have discussed dirty dishes and how unhealthy it is. Do not let your dirty dishes pile up, you could wash immediately after each meal or at intervals not also forgetting to give the kitchen sink a quick swipe.  Leaving this area clean makes your kitchen look cleaner and fresh.

* Bathroom sinks: You don't want to wake up to a fume bath or glued on globs of toothpaste... That could affect your morning so always keep clean.

How to know a tidy person II

* Utilize their neatness system: Tidy people have a neatness or organizational system in place. The key to being tidy is setting up set goals or conditions to be tidy. That means a place for the things that cluster up space: you mail, cloth, kitchen supplies etc.. Each thing needs a place to live.  Applying this system makes it easy.

* Cleanliness syndrome: Tidy people always see something extra that needs doing and they jump at it. Say like they notice their bathroom faucet is filthy even if it's not their turn/day to wash they will wipe it down. If they notice an object is not in its right position they put it right. They have specific time set aside to really clean, but they also clean up as the need arises do not mistake this for OCD.

DIY- How to clean your toilet II

Continuing from Diy 1 here are theoretical instructions on how to clean your toilet.

* Apply the bowl cleaner under the rim of the toilet and let it work it's way down.  Use the toilet brush to scrub the bowl, make sure you get to everything hiding under the rim... If you feel toilet brush ain't washing well feel free to wash with hand using a green pad (always wear a hand glove). Rinse and apply bowl cleaner, close lid and let the cleaner soak in the bowl for 10min.

* While waiting for the bowl to soak, spray the outside of the toilet with your dis-infectant starting from the top of the tank. Use your sponge, washing it out with warm water.

* Pop the lid back open and get to work on the rim of the toilet again.  This is the grossest part but will clean easily with the right amount of bowl cleaner and disinfectant.

* Grab your toilet brush or green pad and give the well soaked bowl one last scrub.
Rinse... Flush... And keep clean

HOW TO KNOW A TIDY PERSON 1

(Aside from dressing the bed) 4 things tidy people do everyday.
These people just know a few rules that you don't know and am here to let the cat out of the bag.
* Easy Sweep: Tidy people wouldn't dream of leaving dirty dishes in the sink, nor leaving misplaced items littering every where.  They know that doing a quick sweep for out of place items every night before bed gives them a fresh start in the morning. To them  Do-able task is better than an over-whelming chore.
* Think Ahead: Neat people do not wait to be reminded to replace their shoes in the closet instead of leaving it in the hall way. They are always calculative they know they will put it away eventually, so cleaning as they go makes it easy and seamless.
