A lot of things could trigger infections, now mostly for ladies because of the nature of their vagina. The ladies vagina is not as tiny as the the cap of a guys penis... So ladies be alert, be careful your private part is more sensitive than guys.

Their is no level of dirtiness of a toilet just like their is no big or small sin, sin is sin and a dirty toilet is dirty. Quit saying the toilet is clean small and wash it cause that's self deciet. Let's always keep our toilet clean and safe.
