Dear ladies,

 How are you all hope you doing great, I write this letter with joy in my heart because I know we all will learn from what I am about to say. I want to use this medium to advice ladies never to wear same panties used for period day 1 for period day II as this is dangerous to the health and could cause vagina infection. We should make wearing clean panties always a habit, we shouldn't wear neat panties and bra only when we wanna visit our "boo" imagine he comes to your place unaware and you guys are smutching and kissing he pulls out your white bra which has turned to brown trust me when you realise he has seen what he shouldn't see you both get turned off unless ofcos he just wants to use you or he doesn't love you.

 My fellow ladies no guy who love you wouldn't complain about dirty undies, its a turn off. I encourage us to enbibe the habit of cleanliness cause if the inside is clean, making the outside clean isn't going to be so much of a big deal. As I your friend wants the best for us all, I represent cleanliness no matter where life puts me cleaning is my passion.

Lol, often times the ladies that claim poise partake in this act due to laziness and an average Nigerian lady just don't care. You don't have to be clean only for people to see you but also for yourself, as little as you think it is it counts. We shouldn't be clean only when we going for a special engagement or an occation what about making cleanliness an habit. Cleanliness cannot be over emphasized its in our power to be clean and if you cannot help yourself to be clean get a good housekeeping company to take the burden off your shoulder.

When cleaning becomes an every day thing we do it without even knowing we are doing it, we begin to clean unconciously. But first of all that habit needs to be inbibed into us, a neat environment is a sane environment to be. You'll be free to inhale clean air, comfortability etc . The problem with us is that we think alot on the extra change it will cost us to stay in a clean comfortable environment and ignore the havoc or harm that will arise as a matter of staying in a dirty environment. whats the look of your room when you return from work? often times when we are in a rush to go to school, work we tend to leave the room upside down, lol the truth is that when we wake up we say our prayers that is for those who pray get up from the bed check the time and scream oh my God ,i am so late to work and then we pull off our evening wear throw it on the bed, sometimes on the floor rush to the bathroom freshen up scatter your closet in search of what to wear get a dress get a show and your off to work. The outcome of your room is disastrous,lol as a spinster or bachelor it is advisable to put the cleanliness of your home into the hands of a House keeper, this put your mind at rest after the day work for an effective Tomorrow.
