Stinks

Hmmmm what kind of stinks do you know of? Firstly what is stink? Stink means bad, horrible, terrible smell that is unbearable. In the human part a lot of places could stink if not well taken care of take for example the mouth, body, feet, for ladies pubic park/private part. I have discussed the mouth in one of my post, to avoid stink of the mouth we need to brush at least regularly that is for those with mouth stink tendency. But for regulars at least twice a day, morning and evening. Regardless of your tiredness I will advice we brush before bed. Imagine the uzzz that would come out of Ur mouth in the morning after eating chocolate, EBA and all what not....... Imagine the damage chocolate and ice cream would cause to the teeth and gum if you don't brush at night. It doesn't just end in just brushing but also using a good toothpaste. If you don't want your mouth to stink and if you dont want to be embarrased in public please brush regularly its a good hygine their is no such thing as I am a clean person so if I don't brush for a day my mouth will not smell, lmao ,you will be disappointed at the after result.
Body odour woow, that's one of the things that is easily noticed. The question is what do you think causes body odour? Some people say its from birth when a baby isn't well taken care of he or she can grown to have body odour. In simple words body odour is as a result of sweat and when a body isn't properly taken care of. People are fond of deceiving themselves with words like I can never have body odour, lmao anybody can if the body isn't properly taken cared of. Here are some tips to smelling sweet and avoiding body odour. Firstly keep your self clean by showering regularly, secoundly use antibacterial soap, thirdly towel off thoroughly, immediately after bathing be sure to dry body well, fouth apply industrial strength deodorant or antiperspirant, fifth keep your ward rope so,so,so clean by that you can change your cloth when sweating heavily and lastly cut down offensive food and drink such as hot food and pepperish food, even garlic and ginger cause its percieved in the sweat sometimes and could make you smell bad and also cut down alcohol as it could make you sweat and sweat is what causes body odour so avoid sweating.
