There are lots of reason why we exercise, some exercise to loose weight, some exercise to stay in shape, keep fit, lol while some Ikoyi / Victoria island ladies exercise to meet cool guys and vice versa. The truth is that to an extend exercise is tiring likewise cleaning. Cleaning is also a form of exercise cause it could wear you out if accumulated. Take for instance you have to do a thorough cleaning of the house, wash your cloths, do the curtains, do the dishes etc to show you that it is an exercise when you start, you started with full tanked energy at 100% with washing of cloth lol depending on the number of clothing, you already fagged out and at 50% by the time you start cleaning the house starting with the rooms and toilets, dusting of furniture, your almost at 0%. Remember the dishes has not been done, food not ready the next option is to rest from the exercise (cleaning) for energy replenishment. For those in my category who do not really like doing the exercise that we all know such as push ups, jogging etc , cleaning exercise will not just leave you in a very conducive and healthy environment it will also keep you fit.
